Evansville, IN – February 6, 2020 – EXTEND GROUP has joined forces with local cancer survivor Preston Lewis to create his dream desert racing team and youth foundation. Through a wish granted by Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, Lewis was connected with EXTEND GROUP to create the Off-Road Motorsports Youth Foundation (OMYF). Lewis has since gained the racing industry’s attention through the nonprofit’s launch and big debut at the 2019 PRI Show in December in Indianapolis, IN.

The Off-Road Motorsports Youth Foundation mission is to connect the youth with hands-on experience in off-road motorsports. Lewis’s dream of creating a youth foundation and desert racing team came to fruition through his battle with Leukemia. His dream is to give those affected by unfortunate life circumstances the opportunity to learn about and connect with the motorsports industry.
“OMYF is a steppingstone for a lot of kids to do a lot of great things,” said Lewis. “We want to be the bridge that they otherwise wouldn’t have.”
EXTEND GROUP has created the Off-Road Motorsports Youth Foundation brand and website. The team has also played an integral role in helping the new organization get involved with the 2019 PRI Show and assisting Lewis in making necessary connections within the automotive and racing industries.
